Internship at Wildlife

The program

How the internship works

How the internship works

You jump right into the team and live our day-to-day like any other Wilder. You're in on all the team's rituals and projects from day one.

Spots open up in the second half of the year before, but they also pop up throughout the year as teams need them. Keep an eye on our channels so you don't miss out!

What you'll learn

How we work

We work hybrid out of São Paulo, so you'll need to be able to do the internship in person there.

Other than that, we don't filter by major or university, though some areas, like engineering, do have specific technical requirements.

How our hiring process works

1

Application

Send us your application and tell us a bit about yourself. This is our first chance to get to know you.

2

Recruiter interview

Someone from our recruiting team reaches out to talk through your background and where you want to take your career.

3

Technical interviews

This is where we look at how you tackle the kinds of problems you'd actually face in the role, usually through a technical case. The format varies by team.

4

Leadership interview

In the final step, you meet with the leader of the team you're applying to. After this interview, our team will determine whether we will extend you an offer.

What we're looking for goes beyond a resume
Our filter is cultural: we want people who are hungry.
Hungry to make things happen, and always up for learning.

Culture and benefits

The internship here is hands-on for real.

You're in the team's routines and rituals from day one, with full access to information. Nobody sits on data around here.

You own your own career, with early responsibility and room to get things wrong: what matters isn't always being right, it's raising your hand fast when you're not. We build our foundation on young talent and hire about 60% of our interns full-time, in a place where you can work hard and still have fun.

Heart of innovation

Hackathon

Our hackathons are the heart of innovation at Wildlife: three days to live the full cycle of a game, from zero to playable prototype. They're intense, creative days, and they work. Games like Zooba and Tennis Clash were born this way.

After years of tradition, we trust the process: an initiative that lets us test new technologies and concepts quickly is exactly what keeps our games relevant.

Tech at Wildlife

What tech means to us

Here at Wild, we're passionate about making games. We're not attached to technology A or B, we'll use whatever's best out there to build, invent, and keep things running. Being tech, for us, means being a builder and knowing how to make the tools work in your favor.

That's why we count on a lot of smart, sharp people who help us build a tech support network, the kind of backing that lets us keep pushing boundaries to get exactly what serves our end goal: making great games.

Yes. Advanced or fluent English is a requirement. Wildlife is a global company, with teams and stakeholders outside Brazil.

30 hours a week.

Hybrid is our standard.

Previous industry experience isn´t required, but genuine interest in games and tech does count.

We keep it to at least three stages: an interview with a recruiter, a technical stage, and an interview with a Hiring Manager. Your recruiter stays close throughout and walks you through each step.

Learning here happens day to day, hands on. You´ll work side by side with experienced technical people, get direct feedback as you go, and have dedicated mentorship for your development. At Wildlife, interns take on responsibility early and sit in on decision-making conversations. You learn by solving problems, not by watching from a distance.

Applications always open in the second half of the year before the internship starts. You can apply through the Wildlife jobs page or by clicking any of the "Apply here" buttons throughout this page.
